Adjustment to the billing period for waste collection
In order to standardise the tax periods, a new billing period for waste collection will come into effect on the 1st of August 2026.
As a transitional measure, for the year 2026, the billing period will run from the 1st of January to the 31st of July 2026. From 2027 onwards, it will cover the period from the 1st of August to the 31st of July of the following year (i.e., for the first full period, from the 1st of August 2026 to the 31st of July 2027).
Please check the details on your invoice and let us know of any errors within 30 days.
New bank details and new IBAN
New bank details and a new IBAN are now in force.
Eventually, the old QR references will no longer be valid and must no longer be used for your payments. Please remember to update your standing orders.
For payments made from a foreign bank account, the procedure set out on the back of invoices remains unchanged and can still be used. We would also like to remind you that bank transaction fees are payable by the payer.
