HOW TO PROCEED

• Go to www.nendazveysonnaz.ch and select the 4 Vallées Adult Annual Pass. If you purchased a pass last year, log in to your account to retrieve your personal details and magnetic card numbers. Otherwise, create a customer account and enter the requested personal information.
• Click the “NEXT” button. Choose your insurance, if desired. NVRM SA recommends taking out insurance, as no subsequent refund will be possible without it.
• Configure your passes. On the “Cart” page, make sure to configure all passes by entering the holders’ names and, where applicable, their magnetic card numbers. Please pay attention to the delivery method! If you select “Pick up on site”, a new magnetic card will automatically be issued to you.
• Enter your promotional code in the discount field: In the right-hand column, select “Add a discount” (not “Add a voucher”) to enter your promotional code, which must consist of 6 lowercase letters with no spaces. Then click “Apply.” The price will be updated.
• Only one code may be used per person. However, several codes can be added to the same cart when ordering several passes. Simply apply them one after another in the designated field.
• Confirm and proceed with payment: Tick the box accepting the general terms and conditions and make your payment using TWINT, a Visa or Mastercard credit card, a Reka Card, or Google Pay. If you use TWINT, remember to return to the sales website after completing the payment. For credit cards, you must have 3D Secure enabled for online payments. This is generally activated automatically; otherwise, please contact your bank. Reka cheques can be loaded onto a Reka Card. They are not accepted at the ticket offices.
• You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided when placing your order. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. You can also download your receipt from your customer account. If you selected remote reloading using your magnetic card number, your card will be reloaded automatically. Otherwise, you will receive a QR code with your confirmation email, which will allow you to collect your order from one of NVRM SA’s automatic ticket machines (available every day at the departure points of the lifts in Haute-Nendaz, Veysonnaz, and Siviez).

• The code is valid online only on the website www.nendazveysonnaz.ch. It is not accepted at the ski lift ticket offices under any circumstances.
• Only one 10% + 10% discount may be granted per person. Once the annual pass has been issued, it becomes personal and non-transferable, just like the 4 Vallées loyalty programme membership included with your purchase.
• The discounts are available to the property owner and their family, provided that they are not residents of the municipality of Nendaz or of any other partner municipality in French-speaking Valais that already benefits from a preferential rate, in accordance with the conditions established by NV Remontées Mécaniques SA. The codes may not be transferred to third parties outside this group and may under no circumstances be exchanged or resold. Systematic checks will be carried out. Any use of a code outside these conditions will result in the cancellation of all discounts granted for the current year.
• The code is valid only for 4 Vallées adult annual passes, for skiers or pedestrians. It is not valid for Printse, youth or children’s passes.
• The code may be used only once and must be entered when placing the order, before proceeding to the payment stage. No retroactive refund will be granted if an order is placed without using the code, without exception.
